From dominating the singles courts to achieving victories in doubles, their hard work and perseverance have been rewarded. Martín de la Puente Triumphs at the Sardinia Open

Martín de la Puente continues his exceptional form in 2024, capturing his third title of the year. This weekend, he secured the Sardinia Open championship without dropping a single set. Indeed, his dominance throughout the tournament highlights his consistency and determination on the court. In fact, Martín has secured three title this season. Additionally, he won the first-ever medal for Spanish wheelchair tennis in Paris, earning a bronze in doubles alongside Daniel Caverzaschi.

Mathys Erhard Shines in M25 Zlatibor

Mathys Erhard claimed victory at the M25 Zlatibor tournament, defeating the No.1 seed in the final. Further, this win marks his second title of the season, reinforcing his steady rise in the rankings. Indeed, Erhard’s recent results show his progress and readiness to take on higher-level competitions. In fact, we are confident that he will achieve strong performances in the remaining Challenger tournaments this season.

Honda and Derepasko Win J500 Osaka Doubles Title

Furthermore, in junior competition, Naoya Honda and Timofei Derepasko secured the J500 Osaka doubles title. Playing on home soil, Naoya delivered an exceptional performance, making this victory even more special for him. Additionally, Naoya reached the singles semifinals, further proving his versatility. With this result, Honda has now entered the Top 10 of the ITF Junior rankings. Indeed, this is a significant achievement in his young career.
