This past weekend was filled with impressive performances from our athletes across various sports. From tennis courts to the racing tracks, our talent shined through. Here’s a recap of their remarkable achievements:

Elena Pridankina Dominates Amstetten

Our 18-year-old tennis star, Elena Pridankina, had an incredible weekend, winning the W75 Amstetten title without losing a single set. Her stunning performance not only secured her the championship but also propelled her to a career-high ranking of 195 in the WTA rankings. Elena’s recent form has been nothing short of spectacular, having reached the final in Zagreb just last week. We are immensely proud of her progress and look forward to what lies ahead for this rising star.

Maria Makarova Continues Her Unbeaten Streak

14-year-old sensation Maria Makarova also made headlines by winning the ITF J60 Maribor title, extending her undefeated record in ITF tournaments. Maria has played in only four ITF events but has won all of them, boasting an astonishing 20-0 record. Her dominant display in Maribor, where she didn’t drop a single set, shows that she is on track for a brilliant career. She has already climbed to 456 in the ITF Junior rankings, a significant milestone for such a young player.

Aleksandra Pozarenko Reaches Final at Namangan

Another strong performance came from Aleksandra Pozarenko, who reached the final of the J100 Namangan tournament. Despite falling short in a hard-fought three-set final against Korea’s Hyunyee Lee, Aleksandra demonstrated remarkable consistency throughout the tournament, winning her earlier matches comfortably. We are confident that Sasha will continue to build on this success.

Marco Morelli Finishes Second in the Red Bull Ring

On the racing front, Marco Morelli gave an exhilarating performance, securing a second-place finish in the Red Bull Rookies Cup at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, Austria. The result was extremely close, with the outcome being decided in the final meters before the finish line. Marco’s determination and skill kept him neck and neck with the eventual winner, and his hard-fought podium is a testament to his bright future in motorsport. We are incredibly proud of his efforts and can’t wait to see him continue to push the limits this season.

Best Wishes for a Speedy Recovery to Alex Escrig

Lastly, we send our best wishes to Alex Escrig, our Moto2 rider, who unfortunately suffered a dislocated right toe during a crash at the Assen GP. We’re supporting him through his recovery and can’t wait to see him back on the track.

These are just a few of the standout results from our athletes this weekend. Their dedication, hard work, and determination continue to inspire us all. Stay tuned for more updates on their progress and upcoming competitions.
